Scope of Service:
Mandara created, designed, and managed the casual fine-dining Restaurant on the main level of the luxury Kimpton Hotel Arras in downtown Asheville. We were tasked with creating an inviting, upscale all-day restaurant with both indoor and outdoor areas to serve hotel guests and the Asheville community. The scope of work included every aspect of restaurant creation: Name and concept development, interior design, brand design, kitchen design, staff training, menu development for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and menus for special events and in-room dining, as well as handling all staff training, restaurant management, and operations. We collaborated with Atlas Branding to bring our brand vision to life.
Scope of Service:
Mandara created, designed, and managed an upscale bar for the luxury Kimpton Hotel Arras. We were tasked with creating an inviting upscale bar with indoor and outdoor areas to serve hotel guests and the Asheville community. We successfully developed an award-winning wine program, alongside an exceptional craft cocktail program featuring seasonal craft cocktail collections. As with Bargello restaurant, we were tasked with developing the name and concept, as well as creating menus for both food and beverage. All staff training, business management, and operations were the responsibility of Mandara Hospitality Group. We collaborated with Atlas Branding to bring our brand vision to life.
We created a comprehensive culinary structure for Protagonist brewery to start off on the right foot from the start allowing them to focus on their passion.
As consultants for the AC Marriott Charlotte, we were charged with developing the food and beverage for the AC Lounge and crafting those dishes to satisfy the local palate and visitor alike.
We developed both the culinary and the cocktail offerings for this stunning rooftop bar providing sweeping views of Charlotte’s skyline atop the AC Hotel Charlotte City Center.
Capella on 9 is the product of our collaboration with McKibbon Hospitality. Located on the rooftop of the AC Hotel, Capella on 9 offers signature cocktails, European-style tapas, small plates, and a selection of beer and wine.
